Our coaching programs, including but not limited to the Get Clear Fast Experience, Your Perfect Pivot, and the NGC Strategic Partner Program, are professional coaching and advisory services. They are not products that can be returned once delivered.

Enrollment represents a commitment by both Next Great Chapter and the Client to fully engage in the coaching relationship.

If at any point you believe we have failed to deliver the services outlined in your agreement, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can work together toward a fair and reasonable resolution.
Every client begins from a different place and brings unique experiences, skills, goals, and circumstances.
For that reason, we cannot and do not guarantee specific personal, professional, financial, business, or life outcomes.
Your progress and results depend upon many factors, including your own decisions, effort, implementation, consistency, and circumstances beyond our control.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are making an informed decision to invest in yourself and your future.
You understand that:
Coaching is a collaborative process.
Your participation and implementation are essential.
Choosing not to participate or complete the program does not create a right to a refund.
Dissatisfaction with personal results alone does not constitute a failure of service.
Rescheduling requests should be made with reasonable advance notice whenever possible.
Missed sessions or cancellations made outside the time-frame specified in your Client Services Agreement may be considered forfeited.
If a program includes a payment plan option (some of our programs do not include payment plans) and you select that option, you are committing to the full program investment rather than paying on a session-by-session basis.
Payment plans are provided as a convenience and do not represent a subscription that may be canceled after services have begun.
Unless otherwise stated in your written agreement or required by applicable law, payment obligations continue according to the agreed payment schedule.
We understand that unexpected life events can occur.
If extraordinary circumstances significantly affect your ability to participate, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds are generally not provided, we may, at our sole discretion, consider reasonable alternatives such as rescheduling, a temporary pause in services, or another mutually agreed solution when appropriate.
